Submitting this form, you apply as candidate for the contest, you agree with the rules as describe elsewhere and you agree to respect the terms in case of place on the podium at the election of Mr Sneakers Belgium 2023.

The legal first name and last name are obligatory (but only for #BEsneax use). A pseudonym can be added if you don’t want to use your real name in the competition and later. Minimum 2 pictures  (jpg or png, max. 2MB each) are expected including one of your face and one full length. The questions will allow us to create a presentation page. This is why those frames and the photos are important. We will communicate by email but we need your phone in case of emergency.

Applications are open until Saturday 21 January 2023. The candidates will be presented to the public soon after closing of applications.
