Submitting this form, you apply as candidate for the contest, you agree with the rules as describe elsewhere and you agree to respect the terms in case of place on the podium at the election of Mr Sneakers Belgium 2025.

The legal first name and last name are obligatory. A pseudonym can be added if you don’t want to use your real name in the competition and later. Minimum 4 pictures  (jpg or png, max. 2MB each) are expected including one of your face and one full length. These informations will allow us to create a presentation page. This is why the motivation frame and the photos are important. We will communicate by email but we need your phone in case of emergency.

Applications are open until noon on 31 December 2024. The successful candidates will be informed and presented to the public soon after closing of applications.
